About three days a week I bake a tidbit for my grandson's supper. He gets fed plenty at school but getting home at 9pm he needs a snack and his poor mum is running two businesses so has less than no time for cooking. These feta, olive and sun dried tomato scones Look very knobbly because of all the bits but are my personal favourite (obviously I also benefit from this baking) The recipe is one of Delia's. She's fail-safe. Almost.

Love the look of your scones. They have some of my favourite foods in them so I shall try them next.
Like you I love yoga and miss the classes I used to go to. I need classes to make me do things and I can't find any handy ones. Someone said Pilates was pretty good so I shall look for that. Everything around here is Zumba at the moment and I don't think I could bear it.
Cheers Gillian

Pilates is good. It has some things in common with yoga I'm told, and my osteopath daughter likes it for developing core strength. She didn't get on so well with yoga being rather rigid in her frame. She didn't like Zumba either!
It's great there's so much about now - a method for everybody!
