Excercise is good for you.

Finally someone has invented a gadget for excercise-o-phobes like me. I've been sitting gloomily at the imac all day but when I drag my butt off the chair I feel as if i've had a rigorous work-out. This cunning cushion full of air forces me to balance myself constantly so all sorts of useful muscles get called into service.

Now all I need is one that I can lie on and I'll be able to get totally buff.

I don't think I care where it comes from, but if it works I want one.
Loved the horsey pics. All the horse breeders around here (mostly traveller/tinker/gypsies) are preparing for the annual Appleby Horse Fair and many traditional wagons are out and the pony-traps are whizzing along the roads. May is also the foaling month and there are darling babies sunbathing in all the paddocks.
Cheers Gillian

I've never watched the Apprentice. (Still time no doubt when it gets into repeat mode!) I enjoyed the Dragon's Den until I got too worried for some of the dumdums who presented daft gizmos.

Oh I would love to go to the Appleby Fair...
